Until we feel safe, it's difficult for our bodies to relax, process the trauma, and start to heal. Make mental health a priority. You deserve to feel safe. You deserve to be safe. You deserve to be mentally whole. The first step to wholeness is being honest with yourself and admitting you need help. The second step is seeking help by looking for a therapist.
